  2. Hold the sauce on low heat until ready to plate.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
  4. Drop fresh pappardelle into boiling water.
    1 batch Homemade Pappardelle (See notes)
  5. Boil until pasta reaches your desired tenderness. (2-3 minutes)
  6. Arrange cooked pappardelle into a serving bowl.
  7. Ladle hot sauce and meatballs over the pasta.
  8. Finish with a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
    Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
