Red Miso Soup
Visiting Japanese restaurants has always been an experience cherished deeply, not merely for the tantalizing flavors but for the profound sense of comfort they invoke. Each time I step into a sushi bar or an elegant izakaya, the excitement builds as I anticipate the first sip of miso soup, a staple that warms my heart and soul. It is a comforting hug in a bowl, a familiar embrace amidst the often bustling atmosphere of the restaurant.
A few years back, a dear friend pointed out the simplicity of miso soup. Intrigued, I felt compelled to explore the idea of recreating this quintessential dish in my own kitchen.
