Ingredients
  

  • 1 small sheet dried kelp
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 pkg silken tofu
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp red miso
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Soak kelp for 10 minutes in a mixing bowl, then cut the kelp into tiny squares.

  3. Slice the silken tofu in half horizontally and then cut the tofu into cubes.

  4. Add 4 cups chicken broth, 3 tbsp red miso in a soup pot over medium high heat, and bring to a boil.

  5. Add kelp, green onion, tofu to the soup pot and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
