Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉
  2. To prep 1 lb Brussels sprouts, cut the stem off, then halve the sprouts lengthwise and peel off the outer leaves. (see notes)

  3. Mix the sprouts with 2 tablespoons avocado oil, ½ teaspoon pink salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

  4. Arrange the sprouts in a single layer, cut-side down, on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the sprouts and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until they are tender and crispy.

Notes

Prepping the Brussels sprouts can be done days in advance; simply store the halved Brussels sprouts in the refrigerator for later use.
